SPRING RAKU
Welcome to hArt 2023 at CUP Ceramics Studio! This year we kick off our opening night with an evening of raku. Come along, decorate your chosen pot, have a wander around the show before the masses, leave with your own raku pot, and maybe another from the makers!
We will be displaying work from 10 studio members who create a range of work, functional and decorative, and as diverse as it comes.
Our potters will be making the pots that will be available to choose from during the raku, so come along and get your hands on some unique pottery!

WHAT TO EXPECT...

A family-friendly outdoor event

Paint a pot (Whole process will take approx one hour)

Watch your creation get fired in the OUTDOOR 1000˚ Raku kiln

By the end of the session, you will have your one-of-a-kind freshly fired gift to take home

Come hungry and enjoy delicious soup or have the best cheese toastie in Hereford from our café.
