Yeleni Fundraiser Feast

Service Description

This yearly charity feast will be to support the Yeleni Therapy and Support Centre, Hereford's leading cancer support and therapy charity. Many of our immediate and wider community have been impacted by breast cancer in this last year, and we want to do everything we can to help support them, and further thank and support the Yeleni centre for all of the hard work they do. There will be delicious banquet-style vegetarian food inspired by the east, sumptuous cocktails, top quality raffle prizes and beautiful live music to add to the atmosphere. The evening will be volunteer run with all proceeds going to the Yeleni Centre in their mission to aid those affected by cancer and many other physical and mental ailments. We will be joined by Di Rogers from the Yeleni centre on the night who will talk more about what they provide for the community, and how your help will impact those in need. We will also be running a decorate your own booby mug session, with many shapes and sizes to choose from! If you can arrive from 6pm, we will be decorating for 1 hour until food is served at 7pm. If you would like to decorate after the meal, we will remain open for decoration while we clean down the studio until 10pm. Mugs will cost £20, and they will be glazed and fired for you. Emails will be sent out once they are all ready for collection. Come and Join us from 6pm at CUP Studio, Unit 10, Foley Trading Estate, HR1 2SF! £40per person per meal, bring your own booze. Food served will be vegetarian, as we are working in a small kitchen, we cannot guarantee that there is no cross contamination of gluten containing products.
