January Introduction to Glazes

Service Description

Explore the beginnings of glaze science over 4 days through theory and guided experimentation. January 15th: Introduction to glaze chemistry and ingredients (making base glazes) January 22nd: Glaze chemistry material breakdown (adding colourants) January 29th: Introduction to more complex recipes and where to locate them (special effects glazes) February 5th: An explanation of further development techniques (self guided development) There will be theory plus a practical session each day. Materials provided, just bring curiosity and a P3 mask! (P3 mask can be purchased from B&Q, Screwfix, or Amazon) DATE AND TIME: Thursday evenings, January 15th - February 5th, 6-9pm £145, including all of your test tiles fired We accept Paypal payments at checkout, including Paypal Pay Later. This is an option based on personal eligibility and is offered by Paypal on an account by account basis.
