We do not ship any products, all of our courses, gift cards, and any other purchases made via the website are collection only from our Hereford Studio
RETURNs, cancellations, rescheduling, and refund POLICY
PRODUCTS
To return a product for a refund (clay at home kit, or clay) it must be unopened and unused within 30 days of purchase. You must also provide proof of purchase (digital receipt, bank statement, etc).

If anything sold is found to be faulty after purchase we can offer a full refund per your statutory rights.
Making alterations to products sold will void your right to a refund.
The item must be returned by the purchaser, ID matching the proof of sale must be provided (driving license, passport)

Our gift cards never expire, however they cannot be exchanged for cash or used against purchases made in the studio. They must be redeemed online via our website.

COURSES
To cancel or reschedule your place on a course please contact us at least 14 days before the course is due to begin. This will then give us a chance of filling your place on the course.

If you cancel after a course has begun we cannot offer you a refund, we will happily reschedule you onto the next suitable course for a £5 admin fee.
Rescheduling more than once will incur another £5 admin fee
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept all major banks and credit card companies as form of payment online and in store (including Amex)
We accept paypal pay later for online payments
(please read paypal advice before commiting to a payment plan)
You can redeem digital vouchers online. Please contact us if you have been gifted a physical voucher.
