This taster course is a fantastic opportunity to get your hands in some clay, as well as making something fun and useful. Learn about pottery and gain practical experience

One Day Intensive

The One Day Intensive is an extended introduction to, or refresher of pottery.

Suitable for all skill levels and includes fresh lunch made on site.

10 Week Ceramics for all

This course is ideal for you if you are looking for an extensive introduction to throwing and hand building or just to refresh rusty skills.

We offer a range of kids courses, suitable for ages 5+ arranged over half terms or weekends. Each class is seasonally themed or driving by specific skill development.

Throwing Courses

These courses are for beginners and improvers who wish to develop their throwing on the wheel, with the bonus of 4 hour a week studio access. 4 or 6 week options available.

Handbuilding Courses

These courses are for those wanting to learn the basic skill set for hand building or complete projects with guidance . 4 or 6 week options available.

Friday Clay Club

A weekly Friday afternoon for intermediate potters to get advice and develop skills in independent potting.

Each session will have staff on site.

Teambuilding Days

Our studio is the perfect setting for an alternative teambuilding day or evening, whether it is business or personal.

Refreshments can be provided by our cafe.

One Week Intensive

An intensive course in the foundations of ceramics. Five days of making followed by a return to the studio to learn how to glaze your pots .

Clay Mugs and Cups

A shorter summer intensive course focused on tableware.

Bauble Decorating

An evening of making and decorating for the festive season

A beginners glaze science course suitable for those with basic knowledge of how to apply glazes and what they do.

Raku Experience

An opportunity to get behind the barriers and join us to learn about the full process of raku. Suited to those familiar with raku.
